CEMENT MODIFIER AND TACKIER FOR MORTARS

SPECIFICATION

Perma Plast-O-Crete is an admixture for guniting, shot creting, general plastering and repair works. It improves the workability of mortars and improves its adhesive, shrinkage and waterproofing properties.

Segregation, bleed and thereafter honeycombing is prevented.

CAUTION

Good plastering or rendering work is achieved by good construction practices. Precautions to achieve this goal is include:
Proper mix proportion of Cement : Sand
Good grading of sand avoiding too many fines or lack of fines especially in the 300 micron size.
Good quality of fresh cement.
